I started sending surveys out after a client received a massage about 1 year ago. Only the people that provide emails received the surveys. I wish I could get responses back from everyone because I really want to know how Cure Touch can be improved.

I wanted to shared the results of the first year of survey results. I am so happy that we have been able to help so many people overcome stress and relax!

38 responded to our survey in the last year and here are the results:

When asked “Will you be scheduling another appointment with the staff member that performed your service?”

36 answered:Absolutely
0 answered: I would like to try someone else
2 answered: Not at this time

When asked “How happy are you with the results of your recent service?”
1 answered:Satisfied
0 answered:Unhappy
37 answered:Very Happy

There is also a part where they could respond with anything they wanted. I displayed every response on a few pages of our website. I really love doing what I do because I get to see the relief people get from massage. I know that is true for the other therapists that I work with as well. They are awesome!

I hope to write more on here. I have been so busy teaching at the massage school, finishing my last few classes for Exercise Physiology at BYU-I, and most importantly giving lots and lots of massages!!
